In the latest update for Squad Busters, two iconic characters Optimus Prime and Elita-1 are classified as Special Characters which will remain in the game permanently.

However, they have limited evolution forms; only reaching up to Super forms, unlike other characters that may achieve Ultra or Ultimate forms.

Generally, collecting Energon is a key mechanic in this event. To collect Energon and unlock Optimus Prime, players should engage in matches where they can collect Energon cubes.

Every chest opened during a match provides two Energon cubes, which significantly contributes to your total.

At the start of each match, quickly move towards the center of the map, where Energon is often dropped.
