How To Obtain Song Jinwu (Sung Jin Woo) In Anime Vanguards
Firstly, players can obtain the mythical Song Jinwu by summoning the banner. The Banner is an area where you can summon the Units to assist you in completing the missions. You can find Banner straight ahead of your spawn location.
Further, to summon units from the Special Banner, you’ll need 50 Gems for each attempt. You’ll find that the banner refreshes every hour with the new sets of mythic units.
Being a mythical unit, the chance to pull Song Jinwu is a mere 0.5%. However, you’ll find that three mythical units are featured in each banner. The chances of gaining one of the three are relatively higher.

The probability of adding Monarch trait to Song Jinwu is 0.1%. Hence, the players must be extremely lucky in order to obtain the Monarch Song Jinwu.
Additionally, players need to continuously reroll a trait until Monarch is obtained. Further, once you’ve added the Monarch trait, you can now evolve monarch Song Jinwu to its maximum potential.
