Intimidating Breath in Throne and Liberty is an exploration-type Codex located in the Abandoned Stonemason Town.
The quest consists of two steps: defeating the Giant Crystal Scorpion and subduing the trapped Basilisk.
To find the Giant Crystal Scorpion, head to the Old Chapel in the Abandoned Stonemason Town.
Once located, engage and defeat the Giant Crystal Scorpion, as the battle is relatively simple.
Furthermore, proceed to the marked area on the map to find the Basilisk and traps.
Defeating the trapped Basilisk is more challenging since it can escape the traps within seconds.
To effectively complete this step, lower its HP to around 15% and then trap it.
After trapping, defeat it quickly, as the task will fail if the Basilisk escapes before you defeat it.
Do not worry; if you fail, you can try again and consider reducing its HP further if you still can defeat the Basilisk.
