You find memorials for heroes who fell in earlier battles in this base.
Here, you can honor these characters, paying respects to those who sacrificed their lives for the cause.
Make Final Preparations
Isabela is a merchant located at the base who sells rare items from different factions. This includes gear missed in earlier missions.
The Caretaker is also here to help players with their final upgrades and enchantments, making sure they are ready for the challenges ahead.
Your teammates offer choices on handling Solas: engage him to claim the Lyrium Dagger or trick him with a crafted replica.
If the Inquisitor still cares for Solas, she will suggest finding an alternative approach.
Reach The Archon’s Palace In Veilguard One Last Breath
Once you complete your final preparations, you have to start the Climb to Archon’s Palace mission.
Before moving out, you can talk with your team.
If your romanced companion survives, you will share a personal moment with them. During this time, Rook and their partner will express their love.
As you begin the climb, you will need to choose one ally to stay behind and support the frontline.
After selecting your team, a cutscene will show your group climbing toward the Archon’s Palace.
Finally, you and your allies reach the top of the palace, where the story quest The Dread Wolf Rises begins.
