HIGHLIGHTS
- Fett is a German term that basically means Fat, but in today’s NYT Connections, it does not match its actual meaning and is included in the “Starts of Pasta Name” purple category.
- Torte, Penn, and Zit are other words that complete today’s Purple group. The full Pasta names are Fettuccine, Penne, Tortellini and Ziti.
- The remaining categories for November 21 NYT Connections are Spheres in Milk Tea, “Marine Invertebrates, Familiary,” and Kinds of Shirts.
Today’s NYT Connections marks the #529 edition, following its nearly two years of release.
Like always, today’s connection game is back with 16 words, each with multiple meanings and different alignments.
As usual, Fett, Penn, Torte, and Zit are a few difficult words to group out in today’s Connections.
Answers For Today’s NYT Connections (#529)
Analyzing today’s NYT Connections, I could not get four similar words to group out instantly.
So, after nearly 2-3 minutes of observation, I came to collect words like” Flannel, Oxford, Polo, and Tee,” as each of them reminded me of Shirts.
Later, after grouping out those words, I got the yellow group, titled ” Kinds of Shirts.“
Progressing further with the remaining words, I collected two similar words, Boba and Bubble, which I was sure would come in the same group.
Tapioca And Pearl Meaning In NYT Connections
Later, after trying to find two similar words, I could not get the second group, so my friend suggested I go for Pearl and Tapioca.
His suggestion confused me, as Tapioca is starch obtained from the root of cassava, while Pearl is a hard, lustrous spherical mass. Both seem to be poles apart, and my friend suggested getting them mixed together.
However, after taking his suggestion, I grouped out Boba, Bubble, Pearl, and Tapicoa and got the green group titled “Spheres with Milk Tea.“
Complete Answer For Nov 21 NYT Connections With Fett, Zit, Penn, And Torte Meaning
Now that only 8 words remained, I analyzed them further and collected the words Zit, Fett, and Torte, as they seemed similar somehow.
Looking out for the other words, I picked Penn randomly, as it seem to have multiple meanings, like being a boy’s name and a hill in Pennsylvania.
Before grouping out the words, I was a bit confused, as Fett is a German term for Fat, while Torte is a sweet cake, and Zit is a spot on the skin.
So, all the words I picked seemed different, but my friends also said to try them out. Later, after groping Fett, Torte, Zit, and Penn, I got the purple group “Starts of Pasta Name.”
Finally, after getting the purple group, I was able to complete the November 21, 2024, NYT Connections game with the following answers;
- Kinds Of Shirts (Yellow): Flannel, Oxford, Polo, Tee
- Spheres In Milk Tea (Green): Boba, Bubble, Pearl, Tapioca
- Starts Of Pasta Names (Purple): Fett, Penn, Torte, Zit
