HIGHLIGHTS
- Whirlwind Artifact is one of the new Artifacts in Stalker 2 that combines gaseous and solid particles in a continuous motion, making it stronger and more efficient.
- Players can locate this artifact in various Gravitational Anomalies, most likely in the Ribs and Deaf Meadow.
- Its not guaranteed that players will get the Whirlwind Artifact on their first attempt, so they may need to reach the field and quickly load multiple times to obtain it.
In S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, artifacts are highly valuable and enigmatic objects found within the Zone.
Artifacts provide various bonuses, such as increased stamina, improved carry capacity, or enhanced protection against radiation in the game.
Players will find multiple types of artifacts in Stalker 2, including Weird Ball, Whirlwind, and Eye Artifacts.
Whirlwind Artifact In Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl
Among all the Artifacts in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, the Whirlwind Artifact seems to be the most difficult one to obtain.
Whirlwind Artifact seems to be the newly added item in the game after its release, while it has not been spotted by many in the game.
I am so insanely grateful for Stalker 2 and the ability to Ponder my Artifacts. I have hunted all artifacts from all Stalker games and half a dozen mods. In Anomaly I had Artifact stash of 250+ from every kind in the game. I am going to hunt all Artifacts and Ponder them all pic.twitter.com/lH8vwdtKGw

Once players reach a certain story point in the game, they will receive a Side quest where they need to locate the Whirlwind Artifact.
Like any other Artifact in the Heart of Chornobyl, the Whirlwind is a common one with the same features, such as increased stamina, improved carry capacity, or enhanced protection against radiation.
Moreover, the Whirlwind Artifact combines gaseous and solid particles in a continuous motion, making it stronger and more efficient.
Where To Find Whirlwind Artifact In Stalker 2 Heart of Chornobyl
Whirlwind Artifacts can only be found in the Gravitational Anomalies, making them a bit challenging to obtain.
Deaf Meadow and Ribs are the most probable locations where you can find Whirlwind Artifacts.
Therefore, players can use an Echo Detector to obtain the desired artifacts at a specific location.
The Echo Detector helps you detect anomalous fields where artifacts spawn. As you approach an artifact, it emits sounds and flashes light signals to guide you to its precise location.
However, obtaining the specific artifact on the first attempt is not guaranteed, so you may need to “quick load” in the field repeatedly until you get the desired one.
Wrenched and Goldfish are other common artifacts that you might find in Deaf Meadow and Ribs, respectively.
