Obtain The SVDM-2 By Defeating Leshy In Stalker 2
You can obtain the SVDM-2 by defeating Leshy, located on the upper walkways of the Northern Checkpoint.
Leshy will be in the large warehouse directly north of Zalissya, along the same road in Stalker 2.
You can do this immediately after completing the prologue, during your first mission, giving you an early advantage with the rifle.
Be cautious, as the warehouse is filled with traps. Disarm the tripwire trap located right at the entrance of the building.
In addition, there are two more traps between the drums and one on the base of the stairs.
Leshy will be alone in the warehouse, but he can still deal significant damage. Defeat him to loot his body.
Approach the dead body and get close enough to search it, but be wary of the traps while doing so.
Note that the dropped SVDM-2 usually has medium to low durability. Save it for repairs if you plan to use it later.
For 12,500 coupons, players can have it repaired by a technician NPC in a settlement.
