Today’s NYT Connections game marks the #534 edition of its release, featuring a wide range of words with different meanings.
As usual, today’s Connections game features 16 words, each with a unique meaning and some sort of relation.
As always, a few words, such as Pug, Eloise, Ritz, and Turtle, are a bit difficult to group out in the game.
Answers For Today’s NYT Connections (November 26)
After closely analyzing today’s NYT Connections Word, the first four that came to my mind were Bonus, Equity, Promotion, and Raise, as all these words are something that we want in our work/office.
So, after grouping out the words, I got the title “ Good Things to Get at Work,” as I thought.
Moving on with the remaining words, I picked words like Discount, Ignore, and Overlook, while one word was still not in my mind.
So, after analyzing all the remaining words, I opt to go for “Forget,” as it seems to connect with Ignore somehow in my own way.
Later, after grouping them out, I got the second group, a green group titled “Disregard.”
Ritz Meaning In NYT Connections #534
Now, moving on with the remaining words, I picked Ritz and tried to connect it with other remaining words.
Ritz is a word used in reference to luxurious accommodation, so with that meaning, I could not get any other related word to group out.
My friends gave me a hint that Ritz was included in the title” Kinds of Crackers.” After getting the title, it was easy for me to find another word, as I knew a few of the Crackers.
Later, after learning the title, I collected words like Animal, Ritz, Club, and Goldfish, all of which refer to the different types of crackers we usually make using grain-and-flour dough.
So with all these Crackers, I got the Blue group “Kinds of Crackers.”.
All Answers For November 26 NYT Connections With Eloise And Pug
Now that only 4 words were remaining, I was at the end of the game, but I was not sure how these remaining words fit together.
So, seeking the meaning of the words, I learned about the 1950s Children’s Book by Kay Thompson, titled ” Eloise,” a young girl’s name.
Later, after getting all the answers, I understood the meaning of the all-purple group world, with Pug referring to Eloise’s dog name.
Meanwhile, Turtle refers to Skipperdee, Eloise’s pet in the book, and Plaza, referring to the Plaza Hotel in New York, where Eloise lives with her Nanny.
Finally, with friends’ help and a few minutes of struggle, I completed today’s Connection game with the following answers;
- Good things to get at work (Yellow): Bonus, Equity, Promotion, Raise
- Disregard (Green): Discount, Forget, Ignore, Overlook
- Kinds of crackers (Blue): Animal, Club, Goldfish, Ritz
- Featured in “Eloise” (Purple): Eloise, Plaza, Pug, Turtle
