Answers For Today’s NYT Connections (November 27)
If you are a regular player of the NYT Connections game, you might know about the gameplay and its ideas and creativity to complete.
For those new to the game, NYT Connections is the daily puzzle game by New York Times Publishers. It features 16 words to group into four.
Each of the four words in the group might not have a similar meaning but connect in some interesting way.
Buggy And Erratic Meaning In NYT Connections #535
After closely analyzing today’s Connections words, the first four words that came to mind were Buggy, Erratic, Spotty, and Glitchy.
Buggy did have different meanings; as a character in One Piece, a small motor vehicle and a bug or issue occurred.
Yet, it seems to connect with words like Glitchy, Spotty, and Erratic (referring to not even or regular in pattern or movement; unpredictable).
So, after grouping out the words, I got the yellow group titled “Not Working Reliably“.
Moving on with the game, I came across words like House, Plant, Pet, and Baby, all of which seem to have some relation to the house.
So, after grouping them, I got the blue group titled ” What a Sitter Might Sit.”
Grille Meaning In NYT Connections #535 With All Answers
Now that only 8 words remained, I started observing every word and tried to connect them.
So, after a few minutes of observation, I picked a Grille, which is a grating or screen of metal bars or wires used in vehicles for protection.
With this meaning, I picked other words, which were Bumper and Mirror, as they are also used in vehicles.
Later, with only one word remaining, I was quite confused and thought to go for Rubber, which was a mistake.
As Rubber was not in the group, my friend suggested Rim instead (a word whose meaning I didn’t know).
The Rim is the outer edge of the vehicle that holds the tire of that specific vehicle; this means it perfectly fits with the Bumper, Mirror, and Grille.
So, after grouping out those words, I got the green group titled “Car Parts.“
Finally, after losing one attempt and taking a friend’s suggestion, I completed today’s NYT Connections with the following answers;
- Not Working Reliably (Yellow): Buggy, Erratic, Glitchy, Spotty
- What a Sitter Might Sit (Blue): Baby, House, Pet, Plant
- Car Parts (Green): Bumper, Grille, Mirror, Rim
- ___ Band (Purple): Boy, Rubber, Tribute, Wedding
