Players can accept the missions during the main story and get rewards after completing them. There are a few NPCs who assign tasks to players.
To begin with, in the Taking Back What’s Mine side mission in Stalker 2, players will have to begin the Escape From The Cage Main mission.
Begin Escape From The Cage Mission
The side mission, Taking Back What’s Mine, begins only during the main mission, Escape From The Cage.
Players must complete this side mission while in the main mission to accomplish the main mission.
After the end of the Dangerous Liaisons, players will wake up in a locked cell with no equipment at all.
Once the player wakes up, Dr. Dalin will arrive and give the keys to the cells and will ask to escape from the cell.
You can unlock the cell once Dr.Dalin leaves the prison. The other prisoner in the opposite cell will ask you for the key.
To find out where your equipment is, you will have to give him the keys. He will then explain that the items are in another building.
Taking Back What’s Mine Side Mission Guide In Stalker 2
With this, you will accept the side mission of Taking Back What’s Mine. Further, you will have to head down the stairs until you see a window.
Players must jump out of the window to escape from the prison. Once you are out of the prison, you will have to enter another building.
You can spot the building easily as it is the only one with an open window. At this location, you will have to get inside through the window.
Inside the room, there is a blue locker next to the table. All your belongings are inside the locker.
You will not require any key or passcode to open the locker. After collecting the equipment, you can escape from the building.
The side mission will be completed after you collect the items. Now, you will need to escape from the Chemical Plant to complete the main mission.
After jumping from the window, you must head towards the watch tower, but be aware of the enemy soldiers on the way.
Once you reach the watch tower, jump from the guardrail at the corner to escape from the Chemical plant.
