First, you must defeat the hidden boss Balbala in Traitor’s Passage during Act 2 to start the quest.

Defeating the boss grants you Balbala’s Barya and unlocks the Ascent of Power mission in POE 2.

Speak to Zarka in the Ardura Caravan, then activate the desert map by Asala and travel north to the Trial of the Sekhemas.

To start a trial, slot Balbala’s Barya into the altar and insert relics to activate buffs.

Each room introduces a specific challenge, presenting new obstacles for players to navigate.

In addition to managing their health bar, players must also monitor their honor bar; if it reaches zero, the hero dies.

Defeat the boss at the end of the rooms to gain access to the Altar of Ascendancy and select special roles.
