In Season 1 of Chapter 6, the game collaborated with Monsterverse, introducing two new Godzilla and King Kong skins.
During the event in Fortnite, players get a chance to become Godzilla in Zero Build for a short time in each round of Battle Royale.
Godzilla And King Kong Skin In Monsterverse Event Of Fortnite
Since the launch, Fortnite has collaborated multiple times to introduce skins and characters to the game. During the collaborations, many new skins are updated in the event Battle Pass.
In the Monsterverse collaborations, the event is not limited to cosmetics only. You can participate in the Battle Royale or Zero Build to increase your chances of becoming Godzilla.
To become the Godzilla, you can participate in the Battle Royale or Zero Build, where there is a 40% chance of opening the Gorilla Rift portal.
Once the Godzilla Rift portal opens, a message will appear on the player’s screen saying, “Security Alert: Godzilla Portal is Open!.”
Become Godzilla In Zero Build Of The Fortnite Monsterverse Event
When the portal opens, you can check the location on the map and rush to it. The first player to enter the zone will become Godzilla for the current session.
All the remaining players can team up to fight against Godzilla and deplete its health to 0. The player who becomes Godzilla will not be eliminated if the health is depleted.
However, the Godzilla will last only for 5 minutes and 30 seconds. The Godzilla can perform various attacks like Roar, Stomp, and Atomic Breath to eliminate the players.
Other players on the field can compete to earn Godzilla Medallion by dealing the greatest damage to Godzilla.
While Godzilla is present, Monarch AirDrop will spawn, which includes Ral Guns, Quad Lunchers, Ammunition, and Shield Bubbles.
There is no specific time for Godzilla to spawn on the map, but if King Kong appears initially, there is a high chance for Godzilla to spawn.
