Answers For Today’s NYT Connections With Words Meaning (January 23, 2025)
With the difficulty level of today’s game being 3.3 out of 5, I was not confident enough about getting all the answers without losing attempts.
So, after analyzing the words, I started with Basket, Blanket, Cooler, and Utensils, as each of these are accessories we use at home.
While my guess was not entirely correct, I did manage to get the green group title “Picnic Accessories.”
Moving on to the remaining words, I chose Better, Eclipse, Top, and Surpass, as they all seemed related to excelling or outperforming.
With these selections, I successfully got the yellow group titled “Outdo.”
Fedora And Satchel Meaning In NYT Connections #592
Analyzing the remaining words, I could not pick any, so after a few minutes of frustration, I asked for help from a friend and picked words like Bomber, Fedora, Satchel, and Whip.
With the help, I got the Blue group titled ” Parts of Indina Jones Custome“.
Therefore, in today’s game, Fedora refers to the hat worn by Dr. Henry Walton “Indiana” Jones, Jr, the title protagonist.
Likewise, the Satchel is another iconic item (a small brown bag) associated with Indiana Jones, and Bomber and Wihp refer to Bomber Jackets and Bullwhips.

With only 4 words remaining, I quickly grouped out words like Widen, Pagan, Smarter, and Vixen and got the purple title “Rhymes of U.S. Presidents Names.”
When the title was revealed, I realized the words Pagan and Smarter referred to Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter.
Likewise, in today’s Connections, Vixen did not refer to a female fox but represented the rhyme with the 37th U.S. President, Richard Nixon.
Finally, Pagan referred to Ronald Reagan, the 40th U.S. President, known for his conservative Republicanism.
