In the quest, players need to steal a document from the Troskowitz Rathaus as part of their preparation to attend a wedding.
Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Document
To begin the Materia Prima Quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, players must first complete part of the main storyline.
Then, head southwest on the map to find Miller Kreyzl at Lower Semine Mill. Further, engage with him and agree to carry flour sacks to trigger the quest. This task is essential for advancing the main story.
Carry Flour Sacks
- Locate flour sacks in the northwest building of the mill area.
- Pick up and place them onto the wagon until a cutscene triggers after placing the sixth sack.
- During this interaction, Kreyzl hints at hidden motives, leading to optional objectives that enhance your thievery skills.
Optional Objectives
While completing the main objective, players can consider pursuing these optional tasks to improve their skills:
Practice Takedowns and Pickpocketing
- Speak with Hired Hand Hensel at various locations depending on the time of day.
- Learn the mechanics of pickpocketing and takedowns through hands-on practice.
Practice Lockpicking
- Find a very easy difficulty chest in the same building where you carried flour sacks.
- Use this opportunity to hone your lockpicking skills without risking your lockpicks.
Gather Information from Zinek
- Locate Hired Hand Zinek at different times; he can provide useful tips for entering the Rathaus.
Stealing The Document
Once you feel prepared, it’s time to execute your plan. Thus, you must wait until nightfall (around 11 PM) for optimal stealth conditions.
Further, you must approach the building quietly and take down any guards without raising alarms.
If necessary, you can use keys obtained from incapacitated guards to unlock doors and access restricted areas.
Then, search for a specific chest inside the Rathaus that contains the Troskowitz Document. Finally, prepare yourself for a challenging lockpicking attempt if you don’t have keys.
Returning To Miller Kreyzl
After successfully obtaining the Troskowitz Document, players should return to Lower Semine Mill to report their success to Miller Kreyzl.
It is essential to navigate back without attracting the attention of any guards to avoid unnecessary confrontations.
Once you arrive at the mill, inform Kreyzl that you have retrieved the document.
Upon completion, players are rewarded with 45 Groschen, Skill XP in Stealth and Thievery, and the skill book “With the Silence of a Cat I” (Stealth).
