Adot Me has incorporated the theme of the Lunar New Year in its update, along with an enhanced lobby, new pets, a new location, and collectible items.
Further, the event highlights Shooting Stars as its major item, allowing players to unlock accessories, pets, and other seasonal items.
Along with the Shooting Star, the Special Star scatters across the map, marking an adventurous Day 13 challenge to locate it.
Special Star In Adopt Me Day 13
Special Star is a valuable currency in Adopt Me to acquire and unlock the Royal Moon Egg for rare pets.
Further, the daily number of the star depends on the task requirement, and the star can spawn anywhere on the map.
Previously, the Special Star, with six sides for easy identification, was on top of the Pet Shop in the Day 12 challenge.
If you’ve missed the previous task, you still have a day to reach the 5-star mark for getting the Royal Moon Egg.
Similarly, for Day 13, you can use a flying pet or propeller to reach the Special Star placed above the Icecream Shop’s ice cream cone in Adoption Island.
After collecting 5 of the Special Stars, the game offers you a Royal Moon Egg, set for hatching on February 7, 2025.
Shooting Star Location In Adopt Me Day 13
After locating the daily Special Star, you can explore the map to find the 50 Shooting Stars in Adopt Me.
The location of the Shooting Star includes Adoption Island and The Moon in Adopt Me. The island includes 30 of the stars, while the remaining are in the second location.
You can begin your search from either location using a flying pet or devices like a propeller or grapple.

The location of Shooting Stars also changes daily in Adopt Me, but places like Pizza Shop, Pet Shop, Nursery, and Beach hold multiple numbers of the items.
You also need to launch yourself to The Moon to collect the remaining 20 Shooting Stars to progress further in the daily challenge.
