How To Obtain The Vampiric Ring In Rune Slayer
To begin, you need to create a character with the Archer class. While you do not need to stay as an Archer permanently, this class will make the process much easier.
The Vampiric Ring is soulbound, meaning it will remain on the specific slot where you obtain it.
Once you enter the tutorial, move past the skeleton enemies. While they may interrupt you later, you can ignore them for now to save time.
Continue moving forward until you reach the boss, the Vampiric Dragon Lord.
Trap The Boss
To make the fight easier, you need to get the boss stuck. Lure it towards a rock or another obstacle by running ahead and quickly turning a corner.
The goal is to position yourself in a way where you can hit the boss, but it cannot reach you.
Once the boss is stuck, use your special attack (R key) to hit its wing. Aim for the part of the wing closest to its body for maximum efficiency.
Keep attacking until the boss’s health drops to about 30%, at which point it will automatically be defeated.
Claim The Vampiric Ring
After the boss is defeated, you will be teleported out of the tutorial, and the Vampiric Ring will be added to your inventory.
Since the ring is soulbound, it will remain on the same character slot where you obtained it.
If you do not want to play as an Archer, you can store the Vampiric Ring in the bank, create a new character on the same slot, and retrieve the ring.
This allows you to equip it with any class, such as Striker or Mage.
