For Blue gems, you can search for Shiny Sapphire in the Vitality Mines or Aquamarine in Dazzle Beach.
Finally, Green gems, like Emeralds, are abundant in the Forest of Valor and Glade of Trust, but you can also explore the Peaceful Meadow and Plaza while waiting for respawns.
