Persona 5 X Tier List ranks characters based on their overall usefulness in the current game meta.
It includes changes like moving some older characters down due to power creep and placing newer ones like Turbo, An, and Makoto higher because of their strong abilities.
Each placement is based on how well the character performs in real content, including support, damage, and team compatibility.

Top Of The Meta Godly Tier In Persona 5 X List
The Godly Tier features the absolute best units in the game, each offering unmatched value either through utility, damage, or overall team impact.
Futaba is currently considered the best offensive navigator in the game.
Her ability to lower enemy defenses, boost crit rate, and enhance overall damage gives her universal synergy across nearly all team setups.

She’s the navigator of choice if you’re aiming for maximum efficiency. Anne excels in support and healing. She provides team-wide buffs and, with dupes, can even revive allies.
Her flexibility and supportive presence make her one of the most reliable characters to have on any team.
S+ Tier
This tier holds characters who perform at a top level in various content, often with strong synergy or powerful effects.
Rico is an amazing support who shines by boosting critical damage, SP, and skill damage.
She’s currently one of the best navigators in the meta. Haru has become a monster in AoE damage after her buff.

Her performance in Guild Boss fights is among the highest, and the best part, she’s incredibly effective even without any ascensions (A0).
Turbo is a solid unit who offers pin synergy, increased ATK%, skill damage, and sustain through physical damage. He’s highly flexible and fits well in many team compositions.
S And A Tiers In Persona 5 X List
Cord (in S Tier) is strong after her buff to SEEs synergy. While her value is notable, she isn’t universally viable across all content.
Depending on your team setup, she can be either S or borderline S+. Luce, the newest addition, lands in A Tier.

She provides a wide range of utility, boosting damage, increasing DEF, swapping statuses like DOT and crit, and even increasing Effect Hit Rate (EHR).
She’s a very versatile support option, though not quite at the S-tier level.
B, C, And D Tiers
Riddle (B Tier) remains a decent support pick. He offers buffs to ATK% and EHR, but hasn’t shifted much in value or seen new viability since release.
Puppet (C Tier) is the game’s only defense-based navigator. While niche, she remains a stable option for specific setups.
Ren (D Tier), the fire debuffer version, currently sees no usage. He’s considered the weakest character in the game at this time and is thoroughly outclassed.
