As always, I started my day with NYT Connections, and today’s puzzle felt relatively easy, much like yesterday’s, though a few words were challenging.
Mazing, Genus, and Goo were a few of the words that were quite difficult to figure out.
Answers For Today’s NYT Connections (June 9, 2025)
After closely analyzing today’s NYT Connections, the first four words that instantly crossed my mind were Book, Order, Request, and Reserve.
Each of these words seems to be related to one another in a sense of advance booking or preparation for something.
So, after grouping out these advanced words, I got the green group, “Secure in Advance.”

Moving ahead with the remaining words, I got the yellow group “Keyboard Shortcut Commands” with words like Paste, Print, Quit, and Save.

As I progressed ahead with the remaining words, I lost one life and got the blue group “Crime Organization” with words like Crew, Family, Ring, and Syndicate.

With only four words remaining at the end, I quickly grouped them out and got the purple group “Spelling Bee Ranks Minus a Letter”.

Meanwhile, Genus in today’s NYT Games referred to Genius, a second rank in the Spelling Bee. At last, Goo and Slid were Good(7th Rank) and Solid (6th Rank).
