Most fans think Buling is voiced by Senbongi Sayaka, who also voices Belle/Rin in Zenless Zone Zero and Teddy in Punishing Gray Raven.
Her voice sounds tomboy-like, familiar, and strong, which fits Buling’s wild but smart personality.
A few people guessed the voice might be Shion Wakayama, who played Momo in Dandadan and Aoi in Her Blue Sky, but most agree it is Senbongi.
