Many Dress to Impress (DTI) players are puzzled by a task that says to use a “man rig.”
The term has caused so much confusion that players have taken to comment sections asking what it means.
Some have even wasted rounds trying different things without knowing the actual solution.
Man Rig And Woman Rig In DTI
In 3D games like DTI, a “rig” is the invisible skeleton inside a character model, it helps the avatar move and pose.
So when the game says “man rig,” it’s simply asking you to use the male body. It doesn’t mean a special outfit, ring, or setting. It’s just the male avatar model.

The same goes for “woman rig.” That just means the female body or female model in the game.
Some players get quests involving the female model, and others get quests for the male one. It depends on the player.

Despite how basic this is, the game’s unclear wording led many to think “man rig” was some hidden feature or item.
One player even said, “They could’ve just said the male body. Why make it so hard?”
How To Complete The Podium With The Man Rig Task
One of the common daily missions says something like: “Place 2 times on the podium with the man rig.”
This simply means you need to switch to the male body and get into the top three (on the podium) twice.

However, many players reported issues even after doing this.
Some tried switching rigs mid-game or using other items like Lana’s Nail Station multiple times, but it didn’t count.
One user said they played as a male model and didn’t place, then switched back to female and suddenly got credit.

Another said the game doesn’t load correctly, showing “uptime” in the corner. Others are unsure what “podium” even means.
It just refers to placing in the top ranks, like first, second, or third in a styling round.
