Players can use the Distilled Emotions currency to anoint notable passive skills onto an amulet.
How To Anoint Amulets In POE 2
The anoint mechanism returns in PoE 2, but a new type of currency is used for anointing instead of oils.
Distilled Emotions are a special type of currency that is used on amulets and waystones.
When equipped, they give amulets powerful passive skills or add Delirium effects to waystones.
First, to instill or anoint an amulet, inspect a notable passive skill on the skill tree.
By inspecting the skill, you will know the Distilled Emotions you require to anoint the amulet with that skill in PoE 2.
Players then need to right-click any Distilled Emotions to open the Instilling window. Further, place the required Distilled Emotions and the amulet you want to instill.
Make sure you place the distilled emotions in order, as seen in the notable passive skill, as placing them differently causes them to instill another skill.
All Distilled Emotions In Path Of Exile 2
The early access of PoE 2 features 10 Distilled Emotions, which include the following:
- Distilled Despair
- Distilled Disgust
- Distilled Envy
- Distilled Fear

- Distilled Paranoia
- Distilled Isolation
- Distilled Guilt
You can use all 10 Distilled Emotions with others to give amulets notable passive skills or add Delirium layers to waystones.
Players will need to test out other combinations to find the skills that suit their playstyle.
