From the tough Supreme Inspector to the Poison Chiefs, every boss battle demands strategic thinking and precise execution.
Supreme Inspector Boss In Black Myth: Wukong Chapter 6
Players will encounter the Supreme Inspector in Black Myth: Wukong at the Foothills / Verdant Path location.
This boss encounter occurs after you progress through the chapter and reach a clearing past the Verdant Path Shrine.
Defeating the Supreme Inspector is essential, as it grants you the Flying Nimbus.
The Supreme Inspector will start with a series of melee attacks, thus, players must learn to dodge these attacks while looking for openings to counterattack.
When he spreads his wings, it’s an opportunity to deal damage. If you manage to disable the transition into the second phase, the fight remains relatively easier.

Poison Chief 1 And 2 Bosses
After obtaining the Flying Nimbus from the Supreme Inspector, continue forward past the Verdant Path Shrine; you’ll encounter two Poison Chiefs.
The two Poison Chiefs will be nearby; focus on the first one and learn his attack patterns. Further, dodge his poison projectiles and look for openings to land heavy attacks.
If possible, try to lure one of the Poison Chiefs away from the other. Once the first Poison Chief falls, immediately turn your attention to the second one. The fight will be easier with only one boss remaining.
Finally, after defeating both Poison Chiefs, you’ll obtain a piece of Wukong’s Mythic gear.
Gold Armored Rhino
After obtaining the Flying Nimbus from the Supreme Inspector, follow the lightning bolts striking in the distance.
Significantly, they will lead you to the Rhino Watch Slope, where you’ll find the Gold Armored Rhino boss.
In the phase one, the Gold Armored Rhino will start with a series of melee attacks. When he rears up on his hind legs, it’s an opportunity to deal significant damage.
As the fight progresses, the Gold Armored Rhino will become more aggressive in Phase 2.
After defeating the Gold Armored Rhino, you’ll obtain another piece of Wukong’s Mythic gear.
Cloudtreading Deer
After defeating the Gold Armored Rhino, follow the lightning bolts to reach the Cloudtreading Deer, located in the Deer Sight Forest.
Generally, the Cloudtreading Deer will start with a series of swift and agile attacks.
As the fight progresses, the Cloudtreading Deer will become more aggressive and may start using area-of-effect attacks that can cover a wide area.
Upon defeating the Cloudtreading Deer, you will receive a piece of Wukong’s Mythic gear, which will enhance your abilities and prepare you for the next challenges in Chapter 6.
Feng-Tail General And Emerald-Armed Mantis Bosses
In Chapter 6 of Black Myth: Wukong, you will encounter two significant bosses: the Feng-Tail General and the Emerald-Armed Mantis. Both are located in the Mantis-Catching Swamp.
The Feng-Tail General will initiate the fight with a series of melee attacks and area-of-effect abilities.
After defeating the Feng-Tail General, the Emerald-Armed Mantis will engage you.
As the fight progresses, the Emerald-Armed Mantis will become more aggressive, utilizing area-of-effect attacks and quick dashes.
Giant Shigandang
The Giant Shigandang is a secret boss in Black Myth: Wukong that can be found in the Foothills area.
To unlock this challenging encounter, you must collect all 4 Skandha items: Skandha of Form, Skandha of Feeling, Skandha of Perception and Skandha of Consciousness.
Once you have gathered these items, you can initiate the fight against the Giant Shigandang.
