Warframe:1999 Expansion To Release In Winter 2024
Warframe has released a gameplay demo and official trailer on their official channels for Warframe:1999.
The expansion will also be free-to-play, like the base game, and launch on multiple platforms.
The expansion was also first introduced in the solo mission: Whispers in the Wall mission.
Warframe:1999 will feature the story of Arthur in the year 1999 on his journey to find Albrecht Entrati, the Orokin Scientist.
Cyte-09 Warframe In Warframe:1999
The upcoming expansion will feature a Gemini Series skin, a Hex Relationship System, an Atomicycle vehicle, a new faction, and a Cyte-9 Warframe.
Cyte-09, the Marskman Supreme, may have an edge in facing the Technocyte Coda, the new addition to the Adversary System.
Cyte’s character definitely resembles the new enemies in the teaser, whereas the number seems to be the gun sight the new Warframe is using.
As Cyte refers to detonating a mature cell, the character may upgrade with Orokin Cell like most Warframes, as the story plot suggests.
You may need to collect more cells from Saturn, Ceres, and Deimos to upgrade the character faster.
Even the cells are extremely rare to get; new enemies in the update will probably have a higher drop rate for the component.
The Marksman Supreme will have character specialization in hitting shots with precision and accuracy.
Cyte-09’s art concept was designed by Keith Thompson and even resembles the Vostroyan Firstborn.
With the release date approaching, we may see minor tweaks to the character design; however, the utility will remain the same.
