NYT Connections Answers For Today (February 22)
Arranging the words correctly can be challenging, as their multiple meanings often allow them to fit into different groups.

Wyna Liu, the associate puzzle editor at The New York Times, intentionally does this to increase the game’s difficulty.
Analyze the words in the puzzle and identify connections between them. Group four related words to form a complete set.
“Yankee” Meaning In NYT Connections
While examining the given words, we can immediately recognize the names of various sports teams.

Grouping them together created the yellow group, titled “Members of a Team with the Most Championships in Their Respective Sports.“
The yellow group consists of four words: Canadien (Ice hockey), Celtic (Scottish football), Packer (American football), and Yankee (Baseball).
Similarly, solving the second group is straightforward, as Crimp, Curl, Feather, and Tease share a common connection.

This makes up the second group, titled “Create Some Volume/Texture in Hair,” which relates to different techniques used for styling and adding texture to hair.
This completes half of the puzzle, leaving the remaining words for players to arrange into two more groups.
After some trial and error, I finally solved the third group by carefully analyzing the words and identifying their connection.

I identified some stationery items, and after a bit of thought, I figured out the blue group for today’s NYT Connections.
Placing Glitter, Glue, Macaroni, and Paper together completes the blue group, titled “Supplies for Macaroni Art.“
