In Stalker 2, the Arch Anomaly is a dangerous and massive distortion, often containing a legendary altered artifact.
These artifacts are unique objects that have undergone significant transformations due to exposure to anomalous energies in the environment.
One such altered artifact is the Weird Bolt Artifact, which you can obtain from the Tornado Arch Anomaly.
Obtain The “Weird Bolt” Legendary Altered Artifact
You can find the Weird Bolt in a tornado near the Yaniv Settlement, close to the Yaniv Station in Stalker 2.
As you enter the area, you’ll see a stalker fall from the tornado, accompanied by a Wilhelm scream.
Loot the stalker’s body to find a PDA that provides clues on how to reach the center of the tornado.
Entering The Tornado Arch Anomaly In Stalker 2
Walking directly into the tornado will get you picked up and thrown around, so instead, you must carefully follow its path.
Head toward the middle of the train tracks, where you’ll find stairs. From there, you’ll need to complete a series of jumping puzzles.
Start by jumping onto the first box, then leap over the train to land on the container.
From there, jump between the two containers and onto the boxes, continuing to jump across the boxes and containers.
Once you reach the blue container, climb up and then onto the train. Next, jump to the next blue container and then onto the red one.
Follow the path to the hanging blue container, then jump to the crane. Climb to the top of the crane and wait for the tornado to approach.
As the tornado approaches, use a healing stim to restore your health, as it will deal significant damage when you’re close.
Look into the eye of the storm, where you’ll spot a strange red floating bolt. This is the Weird Bolt Legendary Altered Item.
After grabbing the artifact, jump off the crane. The anomaly will cushion your fall, then head to a nearby shelter to avoid being swept away.
The Weird Bolt artifact provides maximum resistance to chemical, electrical, and physical damage.
