Fallout: London is a DLC-sized Mod for Fallout 4 containing new locations, Factions, Perks, quests, companions, settlements and Character Customization.
Bank of England is a new location in the Mod, occupied by numerous Hooligans, which can be accessed in Heavenslayer quest.
In the quest, you should find the Bank of England Vault key and the Bank Manager Key to progress through.
Fallout London Bank Keys In Heavenslayer Mission
In The Heavenslayer quest, you must search for keys after completing the investigation and converse with several NPCs, including Kiera, General Asquitch, and Colonel Major.
Get The Bank Of England Key
If you are searching for the Bank of England key, you should take it right from the door and search for the closest stairs.
Behind the stairs, you will find a corridor with a UK flag, ensure to reach the furthest point until you find a big Hall.
Another stair should be close, between the two bookshelves. Use it to reach upstairs, where you may encounter another Hooligan.
Moreover, if you defeat the enemy and reach the end of the Passageway, you can find the Bank of England Key, located just above the Lantern and close to the door.
Furthermore, If you unlock the door and head left from the stairs, you can find the locked Door instantly, without coming to the exact route.
Bank Manager Key
The Bank Manager’s key is just outside the Bank Building. If you head to the passageway next to the stairs, you will find a Chained exit (opposite the wall painting).
You will encounter a few Dryads; be sure to beat them and head toward the Skeleton’s area.
You will find the Bank Manager key just beside the Skeleton, along with Glowing Fungus and a few other items.
Lastly, once you unlock the door, beat a few Hooligans, reach out to Cononel Major, and head to Islinton to continue the mission.
