Abyssal Contract And Soul Arbiter Location In Throne And Liberty
Rutaine initiated an investigation into the suspicious energy detected within Carmine Forest. The quest features four primary objectives, which are:
- Speak with Rutaine at Carmine Forest.
- Defeat the Soul Arbiter in Carmine Forest.
- Follow the Soldier’s Soul that appears after defeating a Soul Arbiter and defeating Circe.
- Speak with Rutaine at Carmine Forest.
You can find Rutaine just above the Carmine Forest Waypoint, waiting for you inside his hut.
When you interact with him, he asks you to head to the Carmine Forest to defeat the Soul Arbiter.
Soul Arbiter Mob In Throne And Liberty
In Throne and Liberty, the Soul Arbiter is a level 18 mob found lurking in the Carmine Forest.
Defeating the enemy transforms him into a glowing orb, which is the Soldier’s soul.
Follow the glowing orb through the jungle to reach Syleus’s Abyss, where you will encounter Circe.
Circe is a level 19 Syleus’s Witch guarding the entrance to the ruins. Defeating her triggers a fiery explosion.
You can now enter the ruins to defeat a Dark Skeleton Soldier and make progress in this mission.
Dark Skeleton Soldiers are resilient, so ensure your skills are leveled up and bring potions to heal yourself.
After defeating the Dark Skeleton Soldier, head back to the Carmine Forest to speak with Rutaine.
When you interact with Rutaine, he will trigger a cutscene to thank you for your service and discuss the Abyssal Contract.
This concludes the Abyssal Contract quest, rewarding players with three Rare Active Skill Growth Books, 384 Sollant, and 798 experience points.
