For Honor is an action game by Ubisoft where players control Knights, Samurai, and Vikings in third-person combat.
This year, the game celebrates Halloween with a special event called Light of the Guardians, in collaboration with Destiny 2.
From October 24 to November 14, players can enjoy a new game mode, get Destiny 2-inspired skins, and unlock rewards.
Lord Shaxx Inspired Skin In For Honor
The collaboration between Destiny 2 and For Honor brings two new skins to For Honor inspired by the characters of Destiny 2.
Centurion in For Honor gets the Crucible Lord Skin modeled after Lord Shaxx and Lawbringer gets the Violet King Skin based on Saint-14.
These skins give your For Honor characters a fresh, powerful look from the Destiny universe.
For even more customization, the in-game store will offer extra items for purchase, such as emotes, a podium, and the Illustrious Outfit.
The best part is these items will still be available after the event ends, so you can grab them later if you miss them.
Light Of The Guardians Event In For Honor
In this event, For Honor shakes up its regular Dominion mode. Normally, players fight to capture zones with the help of minions, but this time there are no minions.
Instead, you will battle both the enemy team and the dangerous Scorn Baron and his minions, who are hiding in the Cathedral map.
To win, your team needs to attack the Scorn Baron and earn points against the enemy team.
The first team to reach 3000 points triggers a final phase called “Breaking,” where you must reclaim the Cathedral to secure victory.
Players can also earn rewards through a free event pass. This pass includes special items like a mood effect, ornaments, and a Battle Outfit.
You will also have the chance to collect Destiny 2-themed weapons after matches.
Whether you are a Destiny fan or a For Honor veteran, this event is the perfect chance to enjoy both worlds.
