You might find catching the Speed Core tricky because it does not have any preferred weather, time, season, or bait.
This means you can technically catch it anytime, but certain conditions give you a better chance.
The best way to catch the Speed Core is by using the Heaven’s Rod with Weird Algae as bait.
Furthermore, for the highest chance, fish at night during windy weather in winter. If you fish under these conditions, your chance of catching the Speed Core is 0.16%.
