The Grim Service Quest In Diablo 4
The Grim Service is a straightforward quest in Diablo 4 that involves talking to Gelena and reading a letter left by Caidin.
Players can start the Grim Service quest in by talking to Gelena. When given the choice, select the dialogue option, “I am sorry for what happened with Ouna” to move forward.
Different Choices In Grim Service
Further, you will be presented with two options regarding Ouna’s actions from which you can choose either.
You can either choose, “Ouna made an oath. She knew the consequences when she broke it,” or “Ouna was right. No one eternity on the Tree.”
Both options lead to the same result, so pick the one that fits your view. Furthermore, you can also select both options before moving to the next part of the quest.
Players can also craft Occult Gems by talking to Gelena. These gems can be socketed to enhance your Witchcraft Powers and slay demons even faster.
The final step of the Grim Service quest in Diablo 4 is to read Caidin’s letter. You can find it near a bright flower located to the right of Gelena.
Finally, players need to interact with the letter to complete the quest rewards them with 710K XP, 11,800 coins, and other useful items.
Additionally, you will unlock the next quest, Whispers in the Wind, which continues the storyline for the Season of Witchcraft.
