Nagumo, also known as Switchblade, is a newly introduced secret unit in Anime Adventures. Obtaining him can take time and effort, but it’s worth it for his performance.
While his stat upgrades might seem slow at first, he becomes an unstoppable force once fully evolved and upgraded.
His ability to deal massive damage, combined with his hybrid and crit abilities, makes him one of the best secret units in the game.
Collecting The Death Dice To Obtain Nagumo In Anime Adventures
To obtain Nagumo, you first need to collect all four Death Dice. The Death Dice can be obtained by completing various contracts within the game.
You’ll earn a chance to drop these dice with each contract, and the higher the tier of your contract, the better your chances.
Specifically, completing a Tier 14 contract gives you a 35% chance to get a dice drop.
Using the Saka Moto Day unit to boost the chances can increase your odds even further, potentially up to an 80% chance if you have two units.
Completing The Portal
Once you have all four Death Dice, you’ll need to use them to open the Deception Portal.
This portal is the gateway to acquiring Nagumo. After completing the portal, you’ll face a secret stage where you will have a chance to obtain the unit.
Keep in mind that this part can take some time and effort, but persistence will pay off.
Evolving Nagumo In Anime Adventures
Once you’ve obtained Nagumo, you’ll need to evolve him. Before evolution, you may want to roll his traits to try and get a better stat boost.
Ideally, you’re aiming for better stats, but even if the traits aren’t perfect, don’t worry too much as Nagumo is a powerful unit by default.
Nagumo’s evolution gives him a significant power boost, including a 50% attack increase, along with Death Dice Execution and Dismember abilities. These upgrades make him even more formidable in battle.
Nagumo’s Abilities
Once Nagumo is evolved, it’s time to see what he can do in action. Nagumo’s starting stats are solid, with decent damage output.
The unit’s attack animation is visually impressive, featuring a flurry of blades that slashes through enemies.
Moreover, his attack can also hit hard, with a base damage of around 8K, and he can deal critical hits up to 50% of the time.
He also has a dismember effect, which weakens enemies and causes them to take more damage.
As you upgrade him, Nagumo’s damage increases significantly, reaching up to 44K damage with Reaper’s Roulette. He also gains a multi-hit attack, which is highly effective against multiple enemies.
Nagumo’s maximum potential is impressive, with his final upgrade allowing him to deal 515K damage every 10 seconds.
His hybrid and crit abilities make him even more useful, and with the right setup, he becomes a powerhouse on the battlefield.
