Obtain the Festive Driftwood In Fisch
Driftwood is a trash item of low rarity, but the festive driftwood in the Fischmas update is a rare item that helps craft the rod.
The Festive Driftwood in Fisch is an obtainable item. Players can obtain the item in any of the two ways.
Players can either choose fishing using the candy cane rod or appraising regular driftwood. The Candy Cane Rod has a 10% chance of Festive fish, available in the Santa’s Workshop.
Players can also obtain the Festive Driftwood by collecting the regular Drfitwood and appraising it.
Appraising the regular Driftwood is best using the Mutant Surge. You must make sure to collect enough Driftwood to appraise to the Festive Driftwood.
After collecting the Festive Driftwood, there are two other items, Magic Thread and Icicle, remaining.
Players can collect these three items to craft a Krampus’s rod at the crafting location. Using this rod, players get a temporary buff after every 10 catches.
Festive Mutation In FischMas Update
The Fischmas update also includes a mutant Fish similar to other mutant items. Players must use the Candy Cane rod to catch the mutant Fish.
The Mutant Fish in Fisch is red and white and is more valuable by 40% than other normal fishes in the game.
Candy Cane Rod can be obtained easily at the Santa’s Workshop to fish the mutant fish. As the items are introduced during the FischMas event, they may not last after the event is over.
