Players can find Scurrius’ lair in the Varrock Sewers, accessible through a manhole east of Varrock Palace.
To reach the lair, players must head east from the sewer entrance and climb through broken bars.
Players can leave the lair by crossing the sewage water, but there will be a 15-second delay before they can re-enter.
Scurrius Fight Overview And Drops In OSRS
Scurrius uses three types of attacks: a tail-based melee strike, a magic attack with blue lightning, and a ranged attack where he hurls foul fur balls at players.
The battle unfolds in three distinct phases, with Scurrius potentially healing from Food Piles between each phase.
Additionally, he can summon six giant rats to assist him during the fight.
After defeating Scurrius, players will always receive big bones and raw rat meat, with a chance of getting additional items.
These items include equipment, runes & ammunition, food & potions, Scurrius’ Spine, Long Bone, and Scurry.
The drop rates for Scurrius’ Spine, Long Bone, and Scurry are 1/33, 1/400, and 1/3000, respectively.
Players can combine the Scurrius’ Spine with various weapons to create Ratbone weapons.
Lastly, players can give excess spines to Historian Aldo outside the boss area in exchange for an antique lamp.
