Wuthering Waves On PS5
On November 22, 2024, the developers at Kuro Games announced the release of Wuthering Waves 2.0 on PS5.
Following the announcement, WuWa made its debut on PS5 in the early morning of January 2, 2025.
With this excitement, many players joined WuWa on PS5 with their existing Gmail to continue their gamer progress in PS5 from mobile to PC.
Later, when players entered the game on PS5, they did not catch up with their old game progress and faced challenges with the sync process.
Following this issue, players tried to unlink their PS5 accounts, but unfortunately, the unlink option is not available for players.
Wuthering Waves On PS5 Does Not Have Unlink Options For Players
To continue your Wuthering Waves game progress from PC or mobile to PS5 without losing progress, link your Kuro Games account to your PSN account.
However, this is not sufficient; you must also ensure that the region of your PSN account matches the server where your game character was created.
If you end up with a new account on PS5 and cannot delete it out of fear of losing all game progress, you must unlink it from the PS5 account.
how am I supposed to unlink my account?? it made me start over when I logged in with my email and im scared if I delete the acc on my ps5 itll delete my main acc as well

Since no unlinking options are available for players, you need to request an unlink from the developers and wait for their response.
The only step to unlink your account is to request an unlink; for this, you can go to Settings > Feedback in the game and wait for a response from the Kuro Team.
The process might take a day or more, which can be frustrating for players who have already waited a long time to enjoy the game on PS5.
