Infinity Nikki’s Version 1.3 update, released on February 25, 2025, introduces the “Eerie Season” event.

As part of this event, the “In the Depths of the Night” quest takes players to the southern part of Breezy Meadow.

Players must complete a series of eerie tasks, investigate strange objects, and follow hidden clues to progress.

First, head to the palace ruins during the day, between 4:00 and 22:00, and speak with Locke.

At night, go to the entrance of the palace ruins and begin investigating the eerie surroundings.

You’ll find a stuff, which is Livie’s suitcase. Inside, there is a strange doll that you must investigate. The suitcase and the doll are crucial to advancing the quest.

Next, head to the gate of the ruins at night to locate the Silent Sword. Take a photo of the strange violin during the night, which will help you progress.

Chase The Ghost Sentinel

Afterward, you must chase the Ghost Sentinel, which will appear after you take the photo. The Ghost Sentinel is crucial to your investigation.

As you continue, examine the strange Lampblooms scattered around the area, as they hold the key to finding the path forward.

Chase after the Ghost Sentinel between 22:00 and 3:00 to uncover more clues.

Once you follow the Sentinel, you’ll find a sword and speak to it, collecting an ancient badge and a damaged old photo in the process.

This leads you to the Queen’s Palace Ruins front yard, where you’ll meet a scarecrow. You need to converse with him for more clues.

The main objective is to collect Black Blings scattered across the Queen’s Palace Ruins after conversing with the scarecrow.

These items only appear between 22:00 and 3:00 (game time), so players must explore at night to find them.

Gathering all the Black Blings is essential to moving forward in the quest. Once players have gathered the Black Blings, they need to examine the Strange Frame.

At night, taking a picture of the frame of a particular painting will reveal more hidden Black Blings.

Clicking on the painting twice (click-click) lets players take a picture, which is saved in Nikki’s album. This photo is important for uncovering more clues.

After taking the picture, players can find more Black Blings, which are required to finish the quest.
