The Mastery update for Slap Battles was released on January 17, 2025, introducing new masteries for the gloves.
Glove Mastery In Slap Battles
You can unlock Glove Mastery by completing quests while using a specific glove. Once you have unlocked a Glove mastery, the glove’s appearance will change.
Further, the glove will have some additional features like a reduced cooldown or longer speed boost from portals.
To see your Glove Mastery, open your inventory, click on the glove details, and look for the crow symbol near the equip button.
The Mastery update added new Masteries to seven different Gloves in the game. The Gloves to which Mastery has been added are listed below.
- Killstreak
- Obby
- Ultra Instinct
- Run
- Cloud
- Brick
- Wormhole
Each of the seven Gloves has its own criteria for obtaining Mastery, and on average, each glove has three criteria.
Additional Features In Mastery Update
The Mastery update for Slap Battles also introduces several new features, including a new Glove: Infinity. This glove is powerful and offers exciting gameplay options.
Additionally, you can now swap Obby parts anytime by pressing the “R” key, making the glove easier to use.
The update also fixes several bugs and introduces changes to make the game more balanced and fair.
Finally, an event called Double Slap Week is underway to celebrate this update. This is the perfect time to play, earn more slaps, and level up your gloves faster.
During this event, players can earn double slaps for every action, and this bonus stacks with game passes.
