Find The Sobering Stone In Black Myth: Wukong
To obtain the Sobering Stone, players must first complete a side quest involving the Man-in-Stone, a character trapped in a rock.
After defeating a boss, the Mother of Stones and subsequently the Man-in-Stone, players can access his shop to purchase the Sobering Stone.
Alternatively, you can find the Sobering Stone in a smashable pot located in Windrest Hamlet.
To get there, defeat the Tiger Vanguard in the Crouching Tiger Temple, then head to the Windrest Bridge Keeper’s Shrine.
Furthermore, you should Cross the bridge, turn left, go up the stairs, and look for the pot in a nook near some enemies.
Return To The Yellow-Robed Squire
After acquiring the Sobering Stone, head to the area near the Rockrest Flat Keeper’s Shrine, where you first found the Yellow-Robed Squire.
Further, interact with him and give him the Sobering Stone. He will slowly stand up and express his gratitude, indicating he is now sober. After sobering him up, the Squire will mention needing food.
Thus, you will need to find a Jade Lotus for him. You can find it in various areas, including pools in the Yellow Wind Ridge region.
Once you provide the Jade Lotus, the Squire will engage you in a mini-boss fight as the Yellow-Robed Squire. Significantly, defeating him will allow you to progress further in Chapter 2.
