Rebirth Island Map Removed After Initial Release In BO6
The Rebirth Island map was quite famous among players in Season 1 of BO6 but was removed later.
Now, the developers are about to launch the map again in the BO6 during the weekly playlist update of the game.
The Rebirth Island is iconic for its intense, fast-paced gameplay, compact layout, and nonstop action.
After the launch of Warzone Season 1, the map was added as part of the Resurgence map, but players started encountering specific issues.
Later, the officials announced the removal of the map from the playlist without affecting any other playlist.
The intention of removing the map was to enhance the player’s experience while the map would return.
The Rebirth Island Map Release Date In BO6
There has not been any official announcement till now when the map is going to launch. However, critics suggest that the map will launch with an upcoming weekly update.
The next weekly update will take place on 21 November at 9:00 AM (PT). As the officials have not announced, the map may return sooner.
Once the map is returned, it will be available to play in Resurgence along with the Area99 map.
Both the maps belong to Resurgence. They do not have vast differences in gameplay but differ only in modes.
Although the Area99 map supports solo, duo, trio, and quad gameplay, the Rebirth Map will support only quad gameplay.
Players must make their own team or participate in matchmaking to explore the new map.
As the map will not be updated until the current weekly update lasts, players will have to play in quad mode until 5 December.
