Anime Vanguards released Update 1 on October 21, bringing an exciting new storyline “Shibuya Station.”
This story mode is based on the iconic Shibuya Incident Arc from Jujutsu Kaisen.
Players will face off against familiar foes from the anime as they progress through six intense levels, unlocking Shibuya’s deepest secrets.
Shibuya Station Story In Anime Vanguards
To unlock Shibuya Station, you must first complete all the stages of the Double Dungeon story mode.
Once you have unlocked Shibuya Station, you will need to complete each act to move forward. The acts include:
- Act 1: Octopus Curse
- Act 2: Revived Sorcerer
- Act 3: Blood Curse
- Act 4: Lucky Sorcerer
- Act 5: Human Curse
- Act 6: Perfected Human Curse
As you journey through Shibuya Station, you will face enemies like Dagon, Reanimated Tuji, and Transfigured Mohato, the latter appearing in Act 6’s Nightmare Mode.
Defeating Mohato is crucial, as it rewards the Cursed Worm, a special item required to unlock Tuji.
Once all six acts are cleared, you can dive into Infinite Mode to grind for those essential Cursed Fingers.
And if you’re feeling particularly brave, Paragon Mode offers an even tougher challenge to test your mettle.
Shibuya Aftermath Legend Stage
In addition to Shibuya Station, this update also introduces the Shibuya Massacre Legend Stage.
This three-act challenge is designed for players looking for more difficult battles.
Each act features a unique boss: Gotoe in Act 1: Volcano Curse, Sukono in Act 2: Cursed Vessel, and Jag-o in Act 3: Controlled Sorcerer.
You can collect exclusive rewards like the Magma Stone from Act 1, the Broken Pendant from Act 2, and Hardened Blood from Act 3.
These materials are vital for evolving units and leveling up your team.
Along with these exclusive rewards, you can also farm for Transfigured Souls and Green Essence Stones from all acts Shibuya Aftermath Legend stage.
