Space Marine 2 Day One Patch Exlusion And Post-Launch Roadmap Details
Although the early-access version received favorable reviews, the gamers faced numerous performance-related issues.
The numerous crash-related issues, match-making issues, and server issues in the early access had irked the gamers. Also, the bug relating to finding the server made co-op mode difficult to access.
Hence, Focus Interactive and Saber Interactive have announced the detailed early-patch notes for Space Marine 2.
Due this week, the patch will emphasize fixing issues ranging from crash fixes to render bugs improvements.
Gamers can expect the following improvements in the first update of Space Marine 2:
Issue | Details |
---|---|
Crashes | Multiple crash fixes (start of the game, 1st cutscene crash, etc.) |
CPU Overheat Issue | Improvement to CPU overheat issue |
Server Improvements | General server improvements with added capacity |
Render Bug Improvements | Resolving minor bugs in missions and campaigns |
Although few players expected these issues to be fixed on the day-one patch, the developers have vowed to solve the issues in the very first update of the game.
The players had encountered crashes in the various phases of the game, with some complaining about the loss of progressions and rewards.
Similarly, the server issues during the matchmaking made the co-op experience a terrible one for some players.
In addition to server improvements and crash fixes, the first patch will improve bug issues and CPU overheating issues.
