You can find Pegasus exclusively in the Mythopia biome of The Storybook Vale. This critter comes in four variants, each inhabiting a specific part of the biome.

All Pegasus variants have a companion unlock time of 3 days, except for the Peach Pegasus, which has an unlock time of 4 days.
Taming Baby Pegasus In Disney Dreamlight Valley
First, you need to collect at least 2,000 Story Magic to reach the Elysian Fields, then search and approach them.
They are energetic and active creatures, so you must chase them down before you can get close to them.
Chase the critter, stopping and running whenever the Pegasus does, until it tires itself out.
They enjoy meals with vegetables, but only those rated four stars or higher count as their favorite food.
Blue, Pink, and Yellow Pegasi require only 3 days of feeding to unlock as a Companion, while Peach Pegasi needs 4 days.
Feeding a Pegasus its favorite food gives you a chance to receive 2x Lightnings, a Dream Shard, or a Memory Shard as a bonus reward.
