The most common and easy way to unlock a trait in Throne and Liberty is using an Extract. You can purchase extracts from the Auction House.
Moreover, the Auction House is the main trade hub in the game, where players buy and sell their items.
If you want to unlock the trait using extract, you must buy extract of the same item with a different trait from the auction house.
After that, go to the Upgrade screen and select the piece of gear you want to upgrade the trait. You can transfer the trait from the extract to the chosen gear piece.
Extract Traits Using Extraction Stones In Throne and Liberty
Extraction Stone is also another option to unlock the trait, but the stone is uncommon in the game.
In this process, you can save the traits as a Token and apply them to a piece of gear of your choice.
You must use the Extraction Stones from your inventory and pick the item with the trait you want to extract. The whole process will require 5 Extraction Stones and 15000 Sollant.
Sometimes, during the process, you can encounter issues stating, “can’t extract the trait because the targeted item is in an abnormal condition.”
