POE 2 Sacrificial Heart Guide
To use the Sacrificial Heart in POE 2, you need to locate the sacrificial site in Aggorat.
Look for an altar that stands out on your minimap, it is often near the spot where you find the ritual knife.
Once you reach the altar, place the heart on it and complete the ritual to earn your reward. Be careful not to drop the heart, as it might disappear.
If this happens, backtrack through the maps in Act 3 to retrieve it again.
Navigating To Aggorat In POE 2
To reach Aggorat, you will need to use the time gateway mechanic in Act 3. This gateway changes the map’s state each time you pass through it.
If Aggorat’s waypoint is not visible, there are two ways to access it.
The first method is to go to Clearfell, the Act 4 town. From there, open the waypoint map and select Act 3.
This will allow you to travel directly to Aggorat, where you can find the altar.
The second method is to use the time travel gateway in Act 3 town. Pass through the gateway and continue exploring as usual until you reach Aggorat.
If you still cannot find the waypoint, try returning to Act 1 (Cruel difficulty), defeat the Miller again, and unlock Aggorat’s waypoint afterward.
The Sacrificial Heart usually drops from random rare enemies in Aggorat. As you explore Act 3, keep an eye out for mushrooms in red, green, and blue colors.
These can be used in a cauldron, located near the Queen of Filth’s zone, where an NPC called “Cauldron Croan” can assist you.
This quest can be challenging to navigate, but taking your time and exploring thoroughly will help you succeed.
