How To Enter The Jiquani’s Machinarium In POE 2

Find the Soul Core!

The entrance to the Machinarium is guarded by Xyclucian, the Chimera, a flying boss with powerful attacks that you must defeat to proceed.
You must search the nearby rooms to find the small Soul Core, then return to the altar and place it inside to activate the door ahead.
After activating the door, players must defeat the statues and follow the red line to go deeper into Jiquani’s Machinarium.

Legacy of the Vaal is a main quest that players will complete in Act 3 of Path of Exile (PoE) 2.

In this quest, you will explore the jungle, meet its people, search ancient ruins, and battle various enemies.

Players must enter Jiquani’s Machinarium to look for the Soul Core during the Legacy of the Vaal quest.

Unlock Jicquani’s Machinarium In PoE 2

The entrance of the Machinarium is guarded by Xyclucian, the Chimera. You will need to defeat this Chimera to unlock the entrance.

Xyclucian, the Chimera, is a boss who can fly and uses various attacks, such as slams and aerial projectiles.

Players should be cautious with the enemy and have a decent build, as it can also deal three types of damage: fire, lighting, and ice.

After defeating Xyclucian, the Chimera, head to Jiquani’s Machinarium near the spot where you fought it.

Once you have entered the Machinarium, you need to use the orb near the waypoint to summon Alva.

Further, speak with Alva to learn more about the altar where she will tell you to find a small Soul Core.

Players then need to search the nearby rooms to locate the small Soul Core.

After finding the Soul Core, you must return to the altar and place it inside to activate the door ahead.

Further, defend yourself from the statues by the door and follow the red line deeper into the Machinarium.

The Machinarium in PoE 2 has side rooms that form a maze, which you need to use to bypass barriers.

Some of these rooms are locked and require a small Soul Core to open, which you can find scattered throughout the level.

One of these locked rooms has treasure inside it, while another leads to the Oubliette.

In the Oubliette, players will have to face Blackjaw, a powerful enemy who has high health and strong attacks.

Make sure you have enough fire resistance and use cold-type damage to make the fight easier.

As you proceed deeper into the Machinarium by following the red line, search for a spare small Soul Core.

You will need to use this Soul Core to open the door to Jiquani’s Sanctum at the end of the red line.
