During the Wishpers in the Wind quest, you must collect 30 Grim Favors, 10 after completing Poison in the Roots, and the remaining 20 after the A Friend in Need quest.
Therefore, completing the Wishpers in the Wind quest in Season 7 marks the completion of the season questline.
How To Collect Grim Favors For Whispers In The Wind Quest
Once you have finished the Poison on the Roots quest, you can directly start the Whispers in the Wind quest and start collecting Grim Favors.
To collect the Grim Favor, you can travel to the Tree of Whispers and engage in Whispers of the Dead bounties activities.
Apart from the bounties activities, you can also make your way to the Headhunt Zones and look for Raven of the Tree to start collecting the Favors.
Moreover, completing dungeons, harvesting zones, clearing cellars, and defeating elites can also reward you with Grim Favor.
