Special Star Location In Adopt Me Day 17
The Special Star holds a valuable position in Adopt Me because players need these items to unlock the Royal Moon Eggs for rare pets.
Moreover, the game tasks the players to find one Special Star each day, and its location changes daily. The star can spawn anywhere on Adoption Island or the Moon.
Players must have at least 5 Special Stars to acquire and hatch the Royal Moon Egg. Previously, the eggs could only be obtained, but after February 7, 2025, they could be hatched.

For the Day 17 location of Special Star, the item is on the Watermill above the Sky Castle in Adopt Me.
Further, players can use a flying pet or other helpful tools, such as a Propeller or a Grappler, to reach the star.
After collecting the required number of Special Stars, players can obtain as many Royal Moon Eggs in Adopt Me before the event expires on February 14, 2025.
All Shooting Star Locations In Adopt Me
Along with the Special Stars, players must collect 50 Shooting Stars available at different locations on the map.
Similarly, the Shooting Star helps to purchase equipment and regular Moon Egg in Adopt Me. The Moon Egg and Royal Moon Egg include 8 new extraterrestrial pets for grabs.

Players can collect the remaining 20 Shooting Stars on the Moon’s surface. So, they need to suit up and launch themselves into outer space.
After collecting all the Shooting Stars, players can exchange them at the Lunar New Year vending machine. The rewards include a Nebula Snake, a new pet wear, and a toy.
