How To Obtain Carbon In Dune: Awakening
Carbon in Dune: Awakening is a valuable resource that you will need to craft Steel Ingot, a material needed to craft higher-level weapons.

While the Carbon was not set to be part of the beta phase, yet there is a chance to obtain it, but the method to obtain it is quite long and frustrating.
Here are the steps that will help you to obtain carbon in Dune: Awakening;
- Head to the Sand Area (mostly Desert)
- Use Sandbike Scanner to scan the Sand Area
- Look for the Diamond Shape Icon while scanning
- Reach the Icon Area to get the Chest
- Open the Chest

The Chest you obtain will contain multiple materials, one of which is Carbon. It’s not certain that you will get the Carbon on the first try.
Moreover, if you have not unlocked the Sandbike in the game, you must progress through the main campaign and reach the “Across the Gap” quest.
