HIGHLIGHTS
- Boss Rematch mode in Lies of P lets you replay defeated bosses through the Stargazer at Hotel Krat after finishing the game.
- Battle Memories offers fixed Legendary difficulty boss fights with progression-based challenge levels and cosmetic sticker rewards.
- Death March allows consecutive boss battles with limited resources, requiring at least three bosses and offering no confirmed rewards.
A new Boss Rematch feature has been added to Lies of P, allowing players to fight previous bosses again for a greater challenge.
This mode came with a recent DLC or update and is unlocked once you finish the game. You can access it without starting a New Game Plus (NG+); simply return to Hotel Krat after the ending.
Once one completed game file exists, all save slots will have access to the rematch feature.
How To Unlock Boss Rematch In Lies Of P
After completing the game, choose “Return to Hotel” instead of starting NG+. Go to the Stargazer in Hotel Krat, and the rematch option will appear.
This becomes available in all ten save slots as long as at least one of them is a completed file.

Even unfinished files, like those in Chapters 4 or 9, will have access as long as another save is completed.
Battle Memories Mode
Battle Memories lets you replay any boss fight at a fixed Legendary difficulty. These bosses keep their own stats and are not scaled by your NG+ level.
You can use all your upgrades and consumables, but nothing is taken from your actual inventory.
These fights do not give loot or a boss, ergo, they’re purely for fun and practice. Difficulty levels start at 1–3.

Beating level 3 unlocks level 4, and beating level 4 unlocks level 5. At level 5, bosses deal heavy damage.
For example, the Parade Puppet Master can take 80% of your health with one hit, even at 50 Vitality.
Beating a boss at level 5 rewards you with a small decorative sticker for P’s pouch. It stays unlocked across all NG+ cycles.
Death March Mode For Boss Rematch In Lies Of P
Death March allows you to fight multiple bosses in a row with limited HP and items.
You must pick at least three bosses, and their difficulty depends on what you’ve unlocked in Battle Memories.

However, no records are saved, and no official rewards have been confirmed yet. Many players hope future updates will add more incentives.
Some have reported bugs with unlocking higher difficulties, often caused by save corruption. Backing up your files and disabling Steam Cloud has helped fix this issue.
