HIGHLIGHTS
- For today’s theme, Life is a Highway, you may have to search for things related to Highway trips.
- The Spangram for today is eight letters long, starting with R and ending with P.
- SC, GA, AU, PL, MO, and PH are the two initial letters of today’s NYT Strands’ remaining answers.
Strands is probably the hardest and easiest NYT games at the same time, if you play without and with hints, respectively.
Even though most themes are relatively straightforward, a few of them can be a real headscratcher.
For today, I feel the difficulty should be just above average, as people might associate the theme related to death, birth, and so on to fill the 8 x 6 grid, which unfortunately isn’t the case.
Life Is A Highway Hints and Meaning In NYT Strands
If you want to try to complete Today’s Strands without using any Hints from in-game, try thinking of a metaphor related to the theme.
Another hint that can help you find all seven words, including the Spangram, is ‘Highway Ride’.
If you are still struggling with the clue, consider things we often do on trips with family or friends. It could be listening to music, taking pictures, or staying.
Also, try using the hints; you can pick any three random words consisting of at least four letters to get the hint. Thankfully, there’s no restriction on the number of hints you can use.

Here is the list of answers to today’s Strands. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the Spangram first.

If you are bored and are trying to explore something new, you can also play Spelling Bee, Wordle, Mini-crossword, and other NYT games. My personal favorite is Connections; you can try it as well.
